School Empowerment Network partners with school systems to reset and redesign struggling schools.
To do so, we develop leaders to drive the work at the school level, while building district capacity to systematically support the work.
Our team oversaw the launch of 121 new schools in New York City, an initiative that MDRC found successfully increased outcomes for students of color. Today, we share that expertise with school systems across the country.
We position school systems for success – through school redesign, leadership training, teacher career ladders, school quality reviews, and guidance on district structures and policies.
